Thank you John for seeing to the issue so quickly ! I cannot recommend john enough! I am the most un-techy person going and had no idea what had happened to my laptop. I messaged john who saw to the issue within hours. John went above and beyond to find a solution and bought to my attention that my laptop was still under warranty and to try contacting HP first to save money as it wasn’t a problem he’d be able to fix without it costing quiet a lot of money.... My point is - he still could have fixed the issue and charged me the large sum... but he didn’t! What an absolute genuine guy! Without a doubt I’ll be back with any other technical issue moving forward. Thank you John More...
