I can’t recommend Alex enough. Called this morning with a totally blocked toilet. He came exactly when he said he would and completed the job within an hour. This included clearing the initial blockage, putting a camera down which showed another object that needed clearing, removing the toilet, retrieving the object (a toy!), putting it all back together again and cleaning everything up. Alex is a star! I rang him at 16.30 on Monday and he offered to be there by 17.00. We arranged for a Tuesday morning visit to clear my blocked drain ( which turned out to be a bigger job than expected). He arrived promptly and I immediately warmed to him. Very personable, polite and he never stopped smiling, clearly he loves his job. The drain is now fully cleared and Alex also gave me some good advice on a related issue. I needed someone quiet short notice and i read some reviews on google and found this business, I had a blocked drain and because its my business i needed someone urgently to solve the problem. Alex told me he would arrive at 2 and he stuck to his word and was here on time so i could prepare for his arrival as my shop was open. with other businesses i have used punctuality was always an issue but not for Alex which is much appreciated. The problem which i thought would take hours to solve literally took less then an hour, not only that but he told me he would email me some alternative solutions if the problem consisted and he did so immediately. He was also very polite when he approached my shop which was lovely, its very rare to get good customer services nowadays so it was a nice change. Absolute hero, called him on New year's Day for a drain blockage and even with a higher price for a bank holiday, he was cheaper than anyone else. 21/01/2019 Contacted Alex. He arrived within 90 mins which was great. He got to work in his friendly manner and within an hour my nasty drain problem was sorted.
