What do you love most about your job?
Helping both clients and staff to achieve their own business and personal goals.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Having a family of five kids was a significant motivator to succeed. An employed position did not offer financial reward or interest. Starting my own business was the hardest and best thing that I have done professionally. Mentors were significant in my personal growth and development.
Why should our clients choose you?
Mentoring has become a natural function of successful business ownership.
Staff require commitment from employers to their personal development.
Many of my staff have moved on to become CEOs, COOs, MDs, and entrepreneurs in their own right.

Remotely is preferred, via any mode of communication. Online mentoring can be more effective in terms of focus, time, and achievement.

The reality is that mentorship has become fashionable. With many inexperienced individuals offering their services.
My advice is based upon my own business mistakes as well as successes and a lifetime of experience in developing people and businesses.
