I have received training as an integrative counsellor, which enables me to rely on a variety of counselling approaches to tailor sessions to each client's particular needs. Giving advice is not the goal of counselling; if advice were effective, there would be no need for it as most individuals receive advice throughout their lives.

What do you love most about your job?
I love developing a relationship built on trust and acceptance. It is a privilege to be let into my clients lives. Watching them flourish and grow ans becoming more self aware and self accepting is the best part of the job
What inspired you to start your own business?
I decided to start my own practice as prior to this i was working as a school counsellor. As much as i loved the role, I missed counselling adults a lot. Being self employed works for me as i feel i am self sufficient.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am trained to ba hons level therefore I have a lot of knowledge in the field. Not only is this important there is something more vital than this which is a natural talent for the position of a counsellor. Before training i feel i already had the most important factors of a good counsellor including a natural empathic and non judgmental personality
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
I can provide online services via skype or telephone counselling. I have been trained to deliver these services remotely. All is required is that the client has a private confidential space in which to take the sessions
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
When Covid-19 was at its height,
The safety of my clients were of utmost importance and arrangements were made for remote counselling
