What do you love most about your job?
Providing communities employment opportunities from different backgrounds. Seeing staff excel in their job sector. I love that i get to deal with various people in my day to day life due to my company.
I love everything about this sector being in it for 11 years has made me see a lot and from where this industry has come from in these years.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I am a Qualified Security trainer since 2014 and have had my own centre providing training courses to the local community from various backgrounds. I saw a gap in the market that newly trained staff were not being given jobs once qualified due to them being new. I wanted to be able to offer training courses but at the same time be able to give the jobs at the same time . By doing this I was able to give the full package and ever since I have not looked back and have been impressed by the amount of people who have come forward who trust me and the services I can provide them.

Manned Guarding
With extensive experience in the provision of manned guarding, we can help to secure your premises from threats such as: protest activity, theft, vandalism, fly-tipping and unauthorised access. H&S Security are well versed in working with the police and local authorities and where necessary, we can provide written statements to support an incident investigation.
We operate across multiple sectors, including corporate, commercial, entertainment, construction, retail, railways, and local government. Our client’s range in size from companies with a single premises through to multinationals with several and irrespective of size or complexity, our service is tailored to meet their precise needs.
Following your enquiry, we will assign an experienced operations manager to visit you to discuss your requirements. They will arrange to conduct an on-site risk assessment and analysis of your needs, before presenting to you their proposed security plan. This will be a collaborative process and will ensure that you receive the optimal solution for your needs.
EVENT SECURITY & STEWARDING
H&S Security Services has amassed a significant and demonstrable record of delivering a professional and reliable event security and stewarding service. From the point of enquiry through to the delivery of an event, we work closely with our clients and all relevant stakeholders to ensure that the event security plan is robust. A crowd management plan and health and safety assessment are complete. Prior to the event we attend all table-top planning exercises and safety advisory group meetings.
On the day of delivery, an on-hand experienced management team will deploy our SIA qualified staff and NVQ event safety stewards. They will work with you to ensure your event runs smoothly, that customers are treated with courtesy and respect, and everyone receives the highest level of care.
Mobile Security Patrol
Prevention is always better than cure and a visual security deterrent is a great way to help protect your construction site, business park, logistics depots, hospitals, schools, warehouses, or premises, especially out of hours. This can be employed as a complimentary measure to enhance an existing security plan, or as a stand-alone service.
Mobile Patrol Officers can also conduct a lock up and/or unlock service at prearranged times removing any need for you to give out keys and alarm codes to your staff or members of your family. Our team of highly experienced mobile patrol officers can also liaise with maintenance staff and contractors to assist with out of hours work.
Following on from your enquiry and having conducted an on-site risk assessment and analysis of your needs, they will present to you their recommended plan.
Construction Site Security
