What do you love most about your job?
We love giving our clients the information to make the best decisions for their businesses. Along with making sure our clients pay as little tax as possible. Being able to see a business gross from a start up into a established business makes our job rewarding. Especially when the client directly attributed some of this success to us.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Howard's Accountants was formed with the idea that Accounts on the most part are not too different from client to client, so why should the fees not reflect this. We believe that the Accountancy industry is the same as any industry, therefore we reward our clients with a 10% discount for all successful referrals. In fact, refer 10 in a year and you will not pay us a penny! We value our clients and are grateful every time our clients so highly recommend us.
Why should our clients choose you?
Each and every client knows what fees they are paying, but we also know exactly what sort of records we are getting in return. The fees are based on a formula that takes into consideration the size of the business, how the records are kept and other services required. Of course some jobs may take longer than anticipated, but this is a risk and a cost we incur instead of passing it onto the client.
We also opt for a call back service. Our attention is focused on one task at a time allowing us to be as efficient as possible. Often or not a call back is within hours. Refer a new client successfully to us, once they make their first monthly payment you will receive your 10% discount. The discount is based on your yearly fee and will be deducted from your remaining yearly payments. Refer a second client and receive another 10% discount based on your yearly fee. Refer 11 in one year and we will pay you the 10%.
Accounting
Accounts are the back bone of any business, that is why we provide the complete accounting service. Whether you do your own bookkeeping or store your records in a box, we are here to work with you. Give us the burden of the yearly accounts so that you can concentrate on doing what you do best, running your business.
Taxation
The question on the tip of everyone's tongue, how much tax do i need to pay? We provide these figures to you in a timely manner. We calculate, complete and file your tax returns enabling you to lay back knowing that it has all been taken care of.
VAT Returns
VAT returns can be a headache that come around all to quickly. We can help register, complete and file your VAT returns for you. Giving you even more time to run your business.
Payroll
Paying the employees can be a complicated and onerous task. We can take the burden away by processing the weekly, fortnightly or monthly payroll.
CIS Returns
Just like payroll, paying and providing the contractors with monthly returns is a onerous task. We can calculate, provide and submit your monthly CIS statements
Bookkeepping
We are able to provide a bookkeeping for the larger clients. This can be at your own premises or can be external. We will maintain all your records to the highest standards. Leave the paperwork to us.

As a silver certified QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor, we are both experienced and Accredited for our exceptional knowledge of the software.
