House of Hypnotherapy

I have tried hypnotherapy this year for the first time and have been amazed at the changes it has brought to me. Surprising ones too - I have had problems with Raynaud's for the past 3 or 4 years, particularly my fingers turning white and numb when the temperature drops below 10C ! ! Hand heating pads, thermal gloves, nothing really helped. Then I mentioned this to the wonderful Bozena - one session last week - WOW - left for work the other day - and winter is here - car informed me only 3C - up till now, I would have had at least 2 fingers affected by the time I had driven to work ... but no ... nothing .... no whiteness or numbness.
