My 7 month old toy Cockapoo Rosie can be very nervous and timid in new situations and around new people. Tricia was very calm and gentle with Rosie giving her breaks and playing with her, when I returned to collect she was relaxed and enjoying a cuddle. Tricia has done a superb job with Rosie’s groom, she was very thorough ensuring that her groom was exactly as requested.
