Hi my name is Toni I have vast experience of working with clients of all ages, with a range of issues, ranging from anxiety, stress, loss, low self-esteem, depression, relationship issues. My counselling will offer a safe, warm, non-judgemental space, where you have the opportunity to talk about your difficulties and to identify areas of your life you may want to change. I will support you in feeling at ease with the past, clear about the present and in control of your future. My clients have been empowered to make their own decisions, improve their sense of wellbeing, alleviate stress, increasing their ability to solve problems.
