Although Dave talks about items that we would all rather not think about needing such as wills, lasting power of attorney’s and funeral plans he approaches these subjects in a suitably friendly and light-hearted manner to put his customers at ease. Dave is clear, concise and well versed in the legal aspects of his business and when perhaps some elements can prove a little complex to understand he is able to draw pictures to illustrate the information he is trying to get across. Whilst it is true, he is no Van Gogh the pictures simplify the complicated which is the important thing. There is no hard sell, Dave’s main concern is that you have the right products to keep you and your family protected should the worst happen and is happy to check existing wills etc to make sure they are fit for purpose under current legislation. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dave to anybody wanting to ensure their family and estate is fully protected for now and the future. More...

What do you love most about your job?
I love meeting people and helping them to ensure their estate is protected. A Will only distributes the estate, I look at options to ensure there is an estate to distribute and to prevent the estate being lost through sideways disinheritance.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I enjoy meeting and helping people and this role provides me with the job satisfaction of knowing I have helped somebody secure their estate and get their affairs in order.
