A great company who look after its customers. Always encountered polite and helpful staff whom visit to carry out my yearly checks. Office staff happy to help only negative I can say is I found it frustrating that my email was ignored when asking for information but a Rhys in customer service relayed my concern to a lovely lady Heather who immediately rang me and ensured I had all the information I needed. I moved my business into a unit in Peterborough becayse the rent was much cheaper. Unfortunately it meant the location was not as desirable. I decided to have CCTV set up as a precaution. My friend recommended Business Watch. They came and reviewed the area, showing me the best way to protect and survey the unit. The set up was really simple and the CCTV system is great.
