I couldn't be more satisfied with Homeview Surveillance throughout the entire project. On initial meeting with Tony he demonstrated his in-depth knowledge and understood exactly the system that met our needs. He was easy to talk to and made the design of our cctv system effortless.The installation team could not be faulted in their professionalism and customer-led approach. Nothing was too much trouble; they were flexible and good humoured throughout and were a pleasure to have around, leaving no mess.A further member of the team came and sat with me on completion of installation to go through the various settings that I could change. (They can do this remotely for me, but I wanted to learn how to change settings myself). I have not had the system in for very long so have had no queries as yet, but there is a helpline available should I need support with changing any of the settings which further reassures me for the future.I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anybody who wants a good quality security system together with a good quality, professional service. Absolutely fantastic job, as recently divorce women with 2 young children and a large garden. I wanted some sort of system that not only let me know who’s at my front door it also I could keep an eye on my children in the garden. I explained why I wanted outside cameras and Tony came up with a not only an affordable solution but a practical one.Tony took the time time to visit my home , we walked Around and he listened to me. He totally understood how I was feeling and the reasons behind my requests. I didn’t want a system that was difficult to operate, I didn't want wires and conduit all over the outside of my house and I couldn’t afford thousands of pounds.Tony was honest , he came up with several solutions, we decided on four cameras that covered every area I wanted. He fitted the cameras while I was on holiday . He arrived on time , he took as long to fit the system as he said he would . The cost was excactly what was on the quote.The day I came home , the house was just as i left it and four discrete cameras were up and working. Tony called me that day , then he took the time to return to my home and went thought the system thoughly with me. The TV monitor sits beautifully in my family area, the picture on the monitor is perfect , clear and sharpe, even at night , there’s a sensor so I can see if there’s been movemt, there’s no wires, there was no drillng into my work top or my beautiful slate tiles. The wires connecting all cameras outside are perfectly positioned and very discreet.The system is easy to operate and I choose to have it in my bed room so I can also have the picture on my bedroom tv.The box itself is slimline and not at all an eyesore. I also have an app on my phone that allows me to access the cameras any time . I have got a large GB of memory at no extra cost. ( beware a lot of companies charge you more for that and the app )I can’t praise Tony and his team for the service he provided . After having several quotes , I’m glad I decided on Home Survalince .I’m not one for writing reviews but I felt this time , this family run local company should be recognised .Thankyou Tony and Thankyou to the team for all patients and Service.Xx More...

I Highly recommend using this company if you have security concerns, very professional approach and knowledgeable around the latest security options available. They listened to the our issues and provided a range of options but didn't try to oversell, important to know they were also willing to work around needs of the business during the installation process and provided swift follow up support.
