Leaving a review for Michael and the fitting team , we’d had another quote from a similar company and the quality Michael told us about and his tradesmen swayed us away from the slightly cheaper price as a chartered surveyor myself I realise you get what you pay for, and the integrity of my exterior building is in a weather beaten path so quality came before ££ ,total professionalism throughout from the whole team I have no hesitation recommending this company near and far everyone comments now when they pass by !

We used Homeshield to treat the walls on our home as our neighbours had been done by them and couldn’t recommend them highly enough, from the initial contact and the gent who came out to see us they were 1st class explaining the whole process and when the day came they turned up on time and cleaned everything up , really great service and we now couldn’t recommend them highly enough they’ve transformed the exterior of our home.

What do you love most about your job?
We take great job satisfaction in transferring our customer tired and in some cases run down properties and restoring them to their former glory.. customers are always beaming from ear to ear when they see the final transformation.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have worked in the Coating industry for some 30years and decided to start my business as I knew within myself with the contacts I had ( best fitters in the country) and the fact we only use quality products that we could provide a service to customers that they would be delighted with whilst offering a 10 year guarantee on our services .
Why should our clients choose you?
We pride ourselves on providing a first class quality product at a cost effective price. 90 percent of our business comes from word of mouth.

Unfortunately due to the nature of our business we would require to visit the site to take measurements etc .
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
The nature of our business means that all our work is external and therefore would never require contact with the customer directly. Due to the current Covid -19 restrictions all our fitters will bevwaring masks and protective glove while working and maintain a 2 meter distance .
Wall/Harling/ rough cast repairs
As part of our service while coating your walls, our fitters will do any repairs required to your harling / rough casting which will enable them to work on a stable , secure and watertight surface .
Renewing existing roughcast
In certain circumstances the customers existing roughcast my be too far gone for our fitters to carry out the coating service . Should this be the case our surveyor will provide you with a cost for full/partial renewal of roughcast .
Exterior Wall Coating/Painting
Using Industry leading products we wash existing walls, wash with anti fungal solution, killing any moss or Algie growing on walls . We then leave overnight for the chemical to be effective. The following 24 hrs we would then return and mask off customers windows doors down pipes etc . Once this work has been carried out we would then Spray the Coating of choice to walls ensuring a clean and even finish to the property.
