I agree with the other review about abysmal after care.
I had a leaking roof & though Patrick & his team came out quickly, explained what they thought the problem was & treated that, unfortunately the problems got worse afterwards.
He came out briefly at my insistence & said the soffits needed doing to resolve the issue. I therefore got this done too but the leakage got significantly worse and then he did not come out, citing the reason on the heavy rain. I ended up calling someone else out who located the actual problem & eventually fixed it. This person explained that the home shield team had not put the roof tiles back properly hence water was going straight through!!
Patrick had given me a 10 year verbal guarantee & charged £1000 for his work but the problem got much worse & he did not come back to resolve it.
In the end I have paid him & other roofers to get the soffit replaced ( it wasn’t a soffit problem as it turned out- so incorrect advice) & to sort out the actual problem. The total cost came to approximately 2K
I would not recommend Homeshield roofing after my experience.

Abysmal after service. No follow up whatsoever in terms of the 10 guarantee promised. Numerous promises made to return to the property to fix the issues, and now stopped answering our calls all together.

i dont normally leave a review on anything however i have to say on this company i shall
they were from the word go ie the first to answer me and then not only that arrived on time (a minute before) then did the job that they said and better!
i was not able to see the finished result as i was working but no problem they took pictures and sent them to me and i have to say yes when i saw the finished result FANTASTIC
this company or should i say Patrick was honest did a good days work and not only that went above and beyond to make sure in the most worst weather we have had to get the job done
i shall, and am recommending him and i shall and will use again in the future

They got on with the job and turned up on time on every occasion. The work was shown to me via video and this helped to understand what they had done. I cannot be certain that the work done will stop the main leak until more rain occurs. However I have been promised a further visit if the work is ineffective when adverse weather returns.
