Boiler Service
I received a boiler servicing, and its fault was fixed and adjusted to allow the heating to work. I took their fair offer for a monthly standing order for a yearly boiler servicing.
(The lost star in the rating is due to:
1. The earliest they could be available for my urgent problem of no heating during a freezing time, was 5 days away.
Their engineer tried to direct me over the phone for a quick fix until then, but couldn’t help, and no other urgent assistance was offered.
2. The booking was clear and confirmed for 9am, and the engineer arrived at 9:30, and said that “he wasn’t told” he’s expected at 9am).
