employed this man on your recomendation came and did the job on new patio which was ok did the grouting to finish it of said he would be back next day to check it never came found loose slab and missing grouting rang him said he would be out next day never came tried ringing and texting no reply tried another phone answered straight away he said 1000 per cent next day never came if this is not sorted out i will be reportin both of you to tradig standards thank you
