I stay regular at this hotel it’s such a friendly hotel nothing is ever too much trouble from all the staff . If they can make your stay better they will do there best I’ve been staying st this hotel now for over three years now and it’s dtill one of my favourite hotels to stay when I’m working in London

Stayed at this hotel during the final round of the British Super bikes , ideally located for Berands Hatch. Hotel was buzzing , great atmosphere with several different groups of users in , breakfast was good , comfortable room , with the addeed bonus of use of pool and gym. Great staff .

Travelling form the Midlands to the Channel tunnel this is a perfect stop over and is all you’d expect from Holiday Inn.

The hospitality was amazing, particularly Lesa and Julie. They went above and beyond in helping us at breakfast time. We were a big group as well and their service was the best I have experienced at any hotel.

We love this hotel and use it a lot. There doesn’t seem to be a high staff turnover (a good sign) so it’s nice to recognise and greet staff each time we come. Three stood out this time and that was Julie and Lesa who served us so kindly at breakfast and Tom who is so polite and helpful who served us at dinner. The breakfast here is really brilliant. A group of friends (68 in total!) together for a night away socialising and having fun. The staff were exceptional in their friendliness and serving. this was my third visit to Sevenoaks and i can confirm that as always I was pleased with my stay. the room was nice and quiet and extremely comfortable. the only issue i experienced was with the keycard not working on 3 occasions, in the end reception gave me 2 cards and all was well. This was the first time this had happened and no i didnt keep the card next to my phone or against anything that would wipe it.overall i enjoyed my stay and will return in the future More...

This was our third visit here. We have a family of five and this hotel provides large family rooms so we can all fit into one room! The hotel is clean and has excellent facilities. The pool is a decent size and is clean and we always seem to have it to ourselves!My only suggestion would be that the bar needs to stock ale which is kept at room temperature. They keep bottles of ale in the chiller which isn't cricket.Enjoyable visit and will certainly return. More...

I staff at this hotel while working away most weeks and the staff are always really friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and clean and the food is good quality.
