I booked for Dan to come and give me a quote on 3Dec at 10.30am. By 11.00am nothing had happened. I rang to ask where he was and had to leave a message as no one answered the 'phone. Today, 8 Dec, I am still waiting for someone to contact me. Also, it is irritating to hear that 'I will be passed to a member of the team' when all I get is an answer machine. More...

We didn’t find out we were moving house officially until the day before the move. Hodgetts&Sons were able to fit us in and Dan came round to give us a quote the same evening. The day of the move ran very smoothly and the 3 guys had the job finished by 2:30. The guys took care with our belongings and made sure the houses were both protected as needed. Dan and his team moved my family and I to Cambridge three days ago. From the first meeting to the final goodbye to say the least we have been beyond impressed and grateful. Hodgetts & Son’s went above and beyond to be helpful and accommodating, making a normally stressful time fun and easy.
