I accidentally shut myself out of my house in the evening by leaving the keys inside. I called KAT and they were able to get to me within 20 minutes. Not only did KAT manage to get me back inside within half an hour, but managed to do it without the need to replace the existing locks so I only had to pay the call out charge. I am really pleased with the service I received and the price I was charged was exactly as quoted over the phone. Really recommend KAT if you ever find yourself in the same situation! More...

Used KAT Locksmiths many times. The shop is always friendly and they are very good at their job, making keys that work first time. Before KAT I would hope a set of keys would work 1st time but they never did, then I realised I wasn't in a locksmiths but a cobbles! Have used KAT a few times to get keys cut and most recently to purchase a Ring Doorbell. They were so helpful with advising me which doorbell to get and how to set it up. Would really recommend, the staff are friendly and experienced in what they do. Also it was much more reasonably priced getting my key cut here, compared to another chain locksmiths I went to first.
