Avoid! . My bad I didn't do enough research before I hire Sebastian and Marek to do my floor insulation. Sebastian made really good impression on me and he seems like a person you can trust and genuinely want it to help. It turned out that they were charging me 4x market price for this job. They charged me for materials that they couldn't back up with the receipts, they didn't finished the job and as I found out later the job was very poorly done. Cutting corners, keep changing the prices, not reliable, be careful they just looking for easy money. More...

Reasonable quote for work. Happy with the price, would have been good to get materials at trade price.
Timekeeping not so good.
Job took longer than expected, only working 3-4 hrs on different days. Wasn’t mentioned when quoting.
Not available when deliveries arrived.
Fence looks nice and seems sturdy and secure. Good job!
Sebastian is pleasant, and friendly.
I would recommend him BUT working hours/days and materials (quantities) should be agreed at beginning before work starts not halfway through. Thanks for your work.
