The new restaurant is beautifully done, chairs are very comfortable and the mood is great. Staff are friendly and welcoming, and the service was brilliant. We had breakfast here, great quality food, and it arrived quickly. Coffee was brilliant, as was my friends freshly made orange juice. Thanks to all the staff that has helped us with the perfect pork pie and cheese wedding cake. Mel is so lovely to chat to and really made things easy to sort out, thanks to Katy as well who helped in her absence, the cake went down a treat everyone really enjoyed it and thought it was a great idea. Sunday lunch with all the trimming. Yorkshire pudding seemed to have been well and truly cooked to a crisp but rest of the food and service were fantastic.

Had my Pitt stop whilst working at the restaurant last Sunday .. Lovely friendly service didn't have to sit waiting long before the food was brought out to me . . Food was spot on luvly high quality n didn't skimp was stuffed afterwards .. Think its safe to say il be heading there again this Sunday thanx to staff that waited on me... u guys rock More...

Lovely afternoon tea today. The staff were very attentive. Choice of sandwiches which were freshly made. Home made cakes. Plenty of Yorkshire tea too. Can’t beat home made cakes.

We always love coming here staff always make us very welcome, food lovely always enjoy whatever we have, lovely atmosphere and lovely views and we always see the same people and have a chat , lovely in the summer to sit on the balcony after a walk with the dog and look at the amazing view - always a feel good factor here ! ! well done to Lorna and her team - similarly with the farm shop staff always lovely and friendly which counts for a lot these days - we always say how lucky we are to have Hinchliffes on our door step - Anne and Martin More...
