We really wanted a good Schnauzer cut for our mini pup and the Spa hasn't disappointed. We are thrilled with his look. We have had many compliments- including from our breeder. Thank you.

WOW! The standard of this salon i have never seen before you everything was clean and smelt amazing. Cheryl worked her magic after another groomer just around the corner butchered my poor girl :( You really do get what you pay for! I tried to save a bit of money and ended up paying double. Toby is a Deaf Old English Puppy that I would love to keep longhaired so he goes every month for a bath and groom and we are so happy with the service he's so relaxed when I arrive he's always fast asleep and looking and smelling gorgeous. Thank you Cheryl x

Fantastic people, very calm atmosphere :)
I took lulu today for the first time, she's a 9 year old small Yorkshire terrier. I walked in at 11.30 for our appt. only just realised that our appt was actually at 11! We were 30 minutes late, so so sorry :(

Thank you both for pampering my two pooches today and at such short notice.
Cheryl's grooming is fantastic and I can highly recommend her and the organisational structure they have will do them well. The dogs loved the pampering and grooming and the chilled atmosphere let them be themselves. The toys were a bit of a bonus for Toby!.

I used higham vets pet spa for the first time this morning, I instantly warmed to Cheryl, such a lovely lady. And my little dog who is usually grumpy and doesn't usually like unfamiliar people also warmed to her, when I picked him up he looked immaculate, his coat and his breath smelt wonderful. Came today with Hugo -Boss and Lexi-Bleu both standards ..and was blown away by the spa . Know cheryl from my poodle group and live 43 miles away . i cant drive long distance but my lovley husband drove us up and we dtopped them off. Weve had disaster grooms with terrible groomers. What a fantastic place!!!
My golden retriever previously did not like getting groomed and was terrified of the whole experience. We were told that she gets aggressive and extremely stressed and that we may want to have her sedated for her next groom ( something I would never do) I took her for her groom this morning and when I collected her she was very happy and looking fantastic. So happy and over the moon that we have found somewhere we can take her again! Our usual practise are shut on a Sunday and our pooch needed to see a vet. Called and they managed to get us in within an hour! Brilliant service, lovely people and I would definitely recommended.
