Hi-ways and Bi-ways Construction

Buyer beware!

My father, a vulnerable elderly gentleman, was charged way over the odds for sub standard work. He then had Mr Jones stand over him at the computer and pay by bank transfer into his personal account.

Have been unable to get hold of company since to discuss remedy.

I see there are positive reviews on here too. I would simply say do your research before hiring any company.

e.g.
Can you find an email address for them?
Can you fund a physical address address for them?
Can you find reviews on other sites where they claim they are accredited by (e.g. checkatrade.com)

For the record they answer to all three of these for Hi-Ways and Bi-Ways is "No"

We have reported them to the police and trading standards. The bank have also intervened and partially compensated my Father. More...

The work done was not to a good standard and carried out for an extortionate price. Took advantage of senior citizens. The roof and gutters are having to be done again just a couple of months later.

David and his crew came back. Done remedial work due delivery truck driving over too soon! Very happy will recommend.

Very quick, helpful and professional service all at a very reasonable price.

Not happy at all bodge job sunk after less than a week came out and patched now have a patchy Driveway didn't do what he said he would I could have built a better step definitely not a lovely step to busy with all his family which turned up to watch don't waste your money not a good job at all
