Hi-tec maintaince team did a really good job at sorting the raising damp in our living room. Will was helpful on the phone and helped to address any questions we had about the works. Re-pointed my ridges and replaced my dry verge caps for a maintenance free uni dry system also sealed my bricks on gable end very honest and reliable much appreciated

The rain has been very bad the past couple of weeks in Leeds and notice a leak witch got worse over a few days has now been repaired by hi tec roofing because we have had no water dripping from the ceiling so I would recommend and definitely youse them again

High-tec come and visited me told me what they was going to do and how long it would take they stripped back my flat roof and made a small repair and stopped the leak first time very impressed a good job for a realistic price thank you high-tec

We had a previous bad experience on roof repairs.
But we are pleased that we were advised to approach Hi-Tec Roofing
for renewal of our roof.
Right from survey thru price quote to the 6 days of the complete removal
of tiles, battens and old felt to application of new felt, battens new roof tiles and ridge tiles and lead work . Strip of hanging tiles of the bath room dormer replace with white PVC cladding and new lead work new guttering and rain water down pipe.
Work carried out by 4 workers on site all the time plus one extra when they were loading the roof with new tiles. Very helpful and polite and site always left clean and tidy at the end of their working day.
We are very pleased with the finished result and that the new roof has given the the our property a completely new look.
