Good Afternoon, I’m a little confused by your review, you have received your deposit back and after your rude email apologised as you hadn’t checked your bank. You are also very aware of why your garden isn’t being done have said you shall Contact in the autumn to see if we can complete.

Very unprofessional company, time keeping dreadful, communication poor. Terminated the contract after 2 weeks due to no shows and poor standard of work. After a run of bad reviews on their Facebook site they turned off the review option!!! More...

Due to 2 members of staff being threatened as a business owner we have an obligation to protect staff and therefore could not return without the director the following day. They came to do our artificial grass. Very prompt at coming round to give us a quote. We had 3 companies come round to quote and SDL were the company we chose as they were the middle ground and also because they seemed very confident at giving us what we wanted. We got the choice of 5 different types of grass and they even came and laid it quicker than anticipated which was a lovely surprise! They gave us everything we asked even when we changed our minds on a few bits nothing was to big of an ask! We have been given lots of tips on how to keep our grass and we as a family are very pleased with the outcome and the children finally have an environment that is safe to play rather than the old concrete! Sean did an amazing job on our extension, I can't thank him enough for all his hard work and attention to detail. It is everything I was dreaming of and really shows his commitment and loyalty to get the job done.
As promised when we have decorated and put our stamp on the good work you have done, we shall upload photos and show everyone how proud and pleased we are with the end result.
We are so confident in Sean we have asked him to now do our garden and bring the outside in via the bi-fold doors, can't wait now I'm getting all excited again. Thanks Sean...... :-)
