Heswall Physiotherapy

I have over the last few months made three visits to Heswall Physiotherapy, I had been suffering from vertigo so I consulted Sarah who is an experienced vestibular physiotherapist. I found Sarah to be very thorough, on my first visit she completed an in depth assessment of my problems. Sarah worked on my neck as this is where my problems were coming from. I had exercises I had to carry out at home and I had two further visits to the practice. My symptoms have greatly improved. Sarah was very professional and easy to communicate with. I had been experiencing aches and pains with my back, neck and arm, which were impacting my movement and the discomfort had been gradually getting worse. After an initial consultation with Sarah at Heswall Physiotherapy, I was put at ease by the friendly and professional manner. Sarah established and explained the causes, and has used a variety of physiotherapy treatments to address my problems, which have been supported between sessions with prescribed exercises/stretches. I have just completed a course of physiotherapy with Sarah. She did an amazing job of sorting out the nerves trapped in my shoulder and arm. When I first attended I was in severe pain and unable to move my neck or arm without discomfort. Sarah did intense physio and I am now much improved and the pain has gone. Each visit saw an improvement in both the movement and level of pain.
