I am not one for leaving reviews usually but I feel compelled to on this occasion.... Hest Bank Kennels was suggested to me to look after my timid King Charles while I was away. After a lot of consideration because I am new to the area I left my dog in their care and I am so glad I did. The staff were lovely to me and put me at ease leaving her and upon my return, I collected her and I was so pleasantly surprised at how she was behaving..... She just seemed full of life and it was as if She didnt want to leave.... This has helped me make the decision not to look anywhere else in future when I am on holiday as I know she will be in such safe hands..... Thank you to everyone at Hest Bank. More...

I have a very lively Labrador which I have struggled to kennel in the past, I’ve tried many kennels but Otis just wouldn’t settle, my friend recommended Hest Bank Kennels, so I thought I’d give it a go and it’s been fantastic, Otis has now stayed two times in the last year and I have found it very welcoming, professional and the staff have been great with Otis. Just collected my husky from Hest Bank Groomers and am over the moon with the bath and brush she received .She was blowing her coat and had been looking really tufty and her back end was such a mess but the girls have worked wonders . She looks like she's lost a couple of kilos in excess fur and her coat is a beautiful and glossy black .She hasn't looked and smelled this good in ages. Thank you so much More...

Booked our 4 cats in for a week for our recent holiday and was very pleased with with the cleanliness and helpful staff that took the stress away from leaving the cats for the first time . Couldn't of been happier with the level of care given to my dog Jet during his stay at these kennels.
The staff were brilliant with him, especially the manager, and I could see how comfortable he was with there when I went to collect him.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to anyone, and I will definitely use them again in the future.

My little Tibetan terrier was well looked after and she seemed to have thoroughly enjoyed her stay for the week. The added bonus was I was able to pick her up in the day when I could to take her out and about.
All the staff I met were very friendly and everything I asked of them was of no trouble at all.
I would defiantly use them again. Thank you Heat bank kennels !

Highly recommended kennels.
We use the kennels on a regular basis, the staff are very caring and attentive, allowing us to go away knowing they are in the best of care.
We had a dog with a known medical condition and whilst in their care he became very quite and the picked up on it immediately taking him to our vet, we could not have asked for anything more from them.
The kennels owner is very caring and professional we have no hesitation in recommending Kest Bank Kennels.
