Our carpet was heavily marked with dirt from our dog. Rob was really prompt in coming out and was able to clean all the carpet to a really high standard. Highly recommend them.

Rob is awesome. Quick to respond, prompt and a delightful guy to deal with. I've used him several times to clean my carpets (2 bedroom garden flat - he's in & out in an hour). The results on a cream carpet always astonish me. He uses a machine loaded on his van which gives a really powerful clean, and it makes the whole process hassle free. Our normal carpet cleaner let us down and was recommended Hercules professional carpet cleaning services as we needed all our carpets cleaned. Rob was on time and used a truck mounted steam cleaning machine which uses its own water and doesn’t need electricity and our carpets look a lot better now than our normal carpet cleaner cleans them.He was very professional and tidy.Highly recommend More...
