Parking fines should be expected, car park has certain restrictions that are not clear to customers. Doesn’t matter if you have a disability blue badge you get fined, by the time you turn into the car park it’s already too late, allowing this scam which has affected so many is absolutely shameful, both the beacon and the parking group that run the car park should be ashamed.

I received a parking charge from The Beacon managed by the “parking group”, I was delivering some milk to a cafe inside it who ordered through Uber Eats, I didn't see any signage for this car park so I won't pay this and I will appeal of course if this is not canceled I will see the “parking group” in court!

I am very surprised and shocked just received a parking fine. I could not see any signage for parking on entering the car park or the Beacon itself. Will never be going back .

They use their car park to scam people of their money. No clear signs/messages anywhere to be seen, its deliberately! Next you get a letter of fine £100! Spoke to Miriam over the phone, very rude, obnoxious and was shouting like a frustrated house wife! AVOID!!! More...

BE AWARE OF PARKING FINES. No clear signs at the entrance/ reception. You feel like entering an abandoned place. I got a fine of £100 for parking there for 16minutes, as I was looking for an office I thought its in the building.
