Very poor service. Firstly the invoice was double what was quoted. I had a different person contact me for the same information several times, in total I spoke to four different members of staff. The tax return was filed incorrectly ( which I didn't notice until I had cleared it ). When I said that I no longer wanted to proceed, I had no acknowledgement and they proceeded to still take money out of my account a week later. I emailed and said that I have cancelled the direct debit myself now, but how do I proceed from here....still no acknowledgement or reply. Its been 3 weeks. Honestly, I don't think they could have done a worse job! More...
