What do you love most about your job?
Feedback from clients; the little steps like sending me photographs of their new journals to big changes like quitting smoking or signing up for marathons.
I add value to others lives and help them to see the potential that lies within.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I lost my mother to ovarian cancer in a short period of time, the realisation we are not here forever hit home and I decided to make the leap. Life is too short.

One to one coaching
I offer one to one coaching in person in the Hampshire area or via telephone and zoom for long distance/international.
Coaching packages start at 6 sessions or 12 sessions, weekly is recommended to start with new clients. All sessions are one hour long with email feedback and short exercises to complete for your own progression.
Whats app support is available in between sessions.
In person one to one coaching
In a health clinic setting in Bishops Waltham- I offer 6 and 12 session packages. Initial consultation is chargeable and bookings are made through reception or website
