I am a fully qualified, insured and experienced Personal Trainer. I am currently studying a Masters in Sports Therapy, therefore have a special interest in moving correctly and reducing injury risk. My ultimate aim is to help clients achieve their goals, whilst being educated and motivated along the way!
I am currently working at Snap Fitness gym in Sandhurst.

After injuring my back, I had intense spasm pain which really limited my movement and was worried about how I'd manage the next two full days of treating people and horses. Thanks to an emergency appointment with Heidi, I was able to treat with virtually no back pain.
