What Am I About?

Since qualifying as a personal trainer in 2017 I have had the privilege of working with many people of different ages, sizes and skill levels; all working towards training hard to live easy. Personal training is my absolute greatest passion in life, and I believe that there isn’t one set way of achieving your goals - everyone's journey is completely personal and unique to them!

It's all done online. There will be no need for face to face unless needed. Then we will make sure we are in a nice open space to discuss

Want to get fit, lose weight or gain muscle - and would like a personal trainer that allows you flexibility in your training? Then online personal training could be the way forward for you!

I first start off with having a conversation with you, either in person if close enough - or via zoom if further afield. This will be a casual conversation where we can get to know each other, you can help me understand what you would like to achieve and what blockers you are currently experiencing.

If you decide you would like to proceed with me as your online coach, I will then create you a personalised training plan tailored to your specific needs. You will also receive access to my app where you can browse your fitness plan and log your workouts.

We will have weekly check-ins to adjust and make changes where needed.
