I attended the energy yoga class on Friday and really enjoyed myself. I took my 4 year old today to the family yoga class and was really impressed with the way Sharon integrated a story into the yoga poses. Brilliant. The space is beautiful.

Before going to Sharon’s ‘Yoga for Mental Wellbeing class’, I was in a place where I often had anxiety, and constantly carrying a lot negative energy that had manifested from personal and financial situations.
I have attended Yoga sessions in the past but Sharon’s class is beyond fantastic. Something that I’d never experienced before! This allowed me to connect with my own inner energies and release all the bad stuff. Since attending, my energy levels are now balanced and my anxieties are away from me! If you suffer from anxiety or low self-esteem and WANT to FEEL free and RELAXED with good energies, I highly recommend for Sharon to work with you.
Plus, this Class is FREE!!! Amazing. Thank You Sharon.

I was very fortunate to spend a fantastic afternoon with Sharon yesterday at her veggie lunch. She is such a lovely person, made me feel very welcome and the energy from her and this amazing space she has created left me feeling incredibly positive and relaxed. Thank you Sharon for the most amazing neck, shoulder & back massage. I loved every second of it � I've had many massages at various places over the years & none of them compared to yours. I found it very unique & personally taylored to my needs. U made me feel welcome from the second I arrived & I really enjoyed chatting to u both before & after the massage session. I didn't feel rushed like I have done at most places. It's lovely of u to take the time to sit afterwards with a green tea & just chat about anything & everything. It was just what I needed. I floated out of there ��� I'm so glad I stumbled across heaven & earth it's such a magical place & has the most amazing calming effect on me from the moment I walk through the door.
