Asked them to fit a Combisave as local plumbers wouldn't touch. Fitter Jamie arrived as expected and did the job with no fuss and a lot of courtesy. However after he had gone realised it didn't work as well as expected. Called again and Jamie came and sorted / adjusted the valve with one turn! Explained the function again so I could understand. Rate Jamie and this company highly. They also call to let you know when they are on the way. My local plumbers will not be getting a look in now. Just had Heatuk out to fix a leaky pipe connection. The plumber - Josh - didn’t just do a half job. He replaced the length of pipe and fixed new connections at either end. It was done under a home emergency policy so he didn’t have to go the extra mile, but he did. Previous plumber had tried to just tighten the connection and I ended up with another flood the next day. I purchased a Nest 3rd Generation Learning Thermostat on the internet and organised Heat UK to fit the thermostat for me in the hallway. The Nest website states they are 'Pro installers'. They are! Ian the installer, arrived at 8.10am and replaced my existing thermostat with the Nest thermostat. He also managed to fit the required Heat Link in place of the central heating timer. He carried out the work in a very professional manner and clearly explained how to use my new 'smart thermostat'. The previous week, I'd also had my central heating boiler serviced by the same company and the engineer was excellent on that occasion too. Highly recommended, local company. More...

Very happy with my new Vaillant boiler that was installed.The two engineers how fitted it were very professional and spend a great amount of time flushing the system to make sure it was as clean as could be.
