Plumbing Pipe Repair
He is very nice person and arrive early to help out for our urgent leaking issue. And done very good job although our problem very difficult but he fixed very nicely and friendly and patiently.

Boiler Repair or Maintenance
Really nice lad. However I'm extremely disappointed with the communication and the fact that my floor was scratched on the job.
I was told he would contact someone to fix it. Have not heard anything since and he hasn't replied to texts etc.
the initial job was to fix a part. Got told I should replace the boiler, so I went ahead with that. He returned another day to do the replacement. Was told he would be finished by 2pm. I had to leave at 4pm to catch a flight. Job was not finished when I left so I left him in my flat expecting he would leave around 5pm. He said he would send me photos and confirmation of the job. He was still here at 10pm when my Neighbor had to kick him out. Then heard nothing whilst on holiday. I sent two texts asking about the progress which never got replied to.. when I returned I found the job not done and my floor was scratched. I had to chase him to come back and finish the job. He returned, finished the job. Told me he'd get someone in touch regarding my floor. Have heard nothing since. Have sent a text and he hasn't replied. Pretty poor experience if I'm honest. The poor communication makes me worry that the job wasn't done properly and I just paid £2700 for a new boiler and install. Luckily the boiler comes with a 10 year guarantee aparantly...
Really nice guy but really horrible at communication and sadly I'm writing this review because I'm now past being nice about the situation.
I can appreciate this is a busy time of year but it's is not really ok to just not respond to customers. I shouldn't have to chase so much.

Worst tradesmen
Habit on not turning up despite agreeing to a time to attend not only he does not turn up he does not let you know thinking it correct to behave as CANNOT BE TRUSTED AND CERTAINLY NOT A PROFESSIONAL if you have a broken down system and you are freezing do not take the risk to depend on these people as they will let you down at the drop of a hat with no care attitude

The engineer was 2 hours late without calling or giving notice. The work was completed although a lot of mess was caused

I am sad to hear that you feel your experience was below expectation, however believe we did communicate through the day, we did arive later than scheduled but this was communicated. If there is any mess left behind please get in contact perhaps with images as we would like to try and make up for this.
