Adam carried out a number of jobs for us, fitting a vertical radiator, repiping and installing a hob, fitted a new pump to the boiler, flushed out a very mucking old central heating system. He had to come out several tomes for all the work. He was fantastic, very reliable and managed to work around other trades with patience when they had left the job more difficult than necessary. I needed to find a plumber urgently to check out a leak in my kitchen. He was recommended by a friend so I called him straight away. He answered the phone first time and was very helpful and keen to help. Adam came out to my house around an hour later. He was very professional and indeed thorough ruling out various root causes of the leak. It actually turned out not to be an internal leak for a plumber but a roof leak so Adam recommended a friend to help. Adam provided us with first class service and is a genuinely nice guy too! I contacted Adam after our boiler stopped working suddenly late one evening. Having 2 young children and no hot water we were keen to get it sorted out ASAP. Adam came out the next afternoon and because I suspected the PRV had failed he brought a spare to change. The PRV has failed but even after replacing it the pressure was dropping from the system meaning we had a leak . He had to leave for another appointment but was visibly frustrated that he couldn’t stay to sort it there and then. Adam came back first thing Saturday, found the leak and got everything up and running then put everything (floorboards, carpet etc) back exactly how it was before!
