We had a new boiler installed in a new location which involved carpet and floors being lifted but when they left you wouldn’t know they had been! He is very reliable (albeit busy) and his charges are reasonable given the quality of work. Recently I used him at my home for some general plumbing and so got to see him work. Ian and his team replaced a combi-boiler in our rental flat recently, the service was excellent. Ian liaised with the tenant and insured they knew how to operate the new boiler and digital thermostat.
The work was carried out with a minimal of intrusion and fuss, no trace of them being there remained when they left and the work was all carried out in a day.
Work carried out: Supply and fit a Vaillant Gas Combi Boiler and dispose of the old unit.
Ian has also carried out many works on our own home and we would happily recommend his work to anyone.
