Craig, what a team you have created! I passed an enquiry to Craig at the end of January to have 3 cast iron radiators installed in my property in Perth. Your lovely wife Jennie emailed me within 3 days to give me a detailed illustration of cost which was very favourable indeed. Dannah kindly followed up on the illustration to arrange a suitable date for the install. Its all in the follow up!! 15 February you and Emilio rocked up to carry out the initial works necessary and completed the job this week. The team you have created @ Heat- It are young, enthusiastic with a “can do” attitude which is so refreshing and the works carried out is always of a high standard and no mess. Great communications from the first email and new gas boiler fitted on the agreed day and time. Whole team were fantastic and installation was very clean and tidy. Would highly recommend.
