I’m skeptical about meal prep companies as I eat for taste. Food to me isn't just about fuel. It’s not just about eating for performance or about eating for a specific goal. It has to be about enjoyment too. The Heat and Eat Lean meals I tried were nutritious but also very tasty (and not just your standard protein and veg). My favourite was the chicken fajita and sweet potato mash. The friendly service was the icing on the cake.
