Well.... what can I say the team excelled themselves today! Due to a lack of communication they were given 40 mins notice for a party of 20 people for a Baby Shower which has been booked for 6 weeks. My friend & I went here for lunch today for the first time today & we loved it . As great selection of things on the menu at really reasonable prices & the food was delicious . The staff are very friendly & the venue itself is very spacious making it easy for parents with buggies & wheelchairs to manoeuvre freely . They have a little children's menu & highchairs available . I meet my mum here for lunch most Thursdays. The food is really varied, beautifully presented, well cooked and exceptionally good value for money. We held our annual dinner, for 40, on the evening of Friday 27th April. Scott and his small team were excellent hosts. The food was well prepared and presented beautifully. Our group also included 2 coeliacs and a vegetarian, all of whom were catered for individually. I have waited to post as I wanted to include feedback from those who came. We held our wedding reception at Heart of Flavour on Saturday and could not have been more thrilled. Firstly the team were so incredibly welcoming to our guests (and have been to us for the last 3 years that we have been visiting the cafe). Secondly the hospitality catering was amazing; we teamed up to design a bespoke menu to take into account some of our guests allergies/intolerances and it was executed beautifully. I recently organised a coffee morning for the Heart of Kent Hospice, I used the Heart of Flavour to provide all of the food. Everyone at the cafe was very easy to deal with and extremely helpful. I mainly dealt with Scott, who I must say was absolutely excellent.
The food was lovely, and everyone at the coffee morning was extremely impressed!
