When my daughter was born, I was 17. I’m speaking with you from a place of experience, through my heart.

I was losing sight of my future. The moment was just about ALL I could cope with.

Yes I know, I’ve been THERE.

I know what it is to feel
• lonely, stuck
• abandoned by friends AND FAMILY
• to be told you will never amount to anything
• to be written off…

If I can stop one person from feeling like this, I will have done what I was placed in the world to do.

As a 17 yr old, single mum. I had a lot stacked against me.
In spite of it all, I became a doctor.
I moved to another country with my daughter seeking better opportunities for us both, so I studied and worked, and raising my daughter in a country that was not my own.
I built a life for us; I bought a home. I met my husband. I Finished several post-graduate degrees. I started my own business and now I'm an award-wining writer for Brainz Magazine.
Most importantly, I’m surrounded by the most incredible friends and colleagues.

My daughter is all grown up now, she’s got her own successful career, she's is married to a lovely young man and I'm a GrandMa! I could not be more blessed.

Now, I’m not telling you this to go… ‘see what I’ve done, what I’ve accomplished’… But for you SEE, FEEL and KNOW in your heart, that not only can you do this, but you can also do so much more. For yourself, and for your loved ones.

I can assure you this is my superpower, not only can I make lemonade from lemons I can make orangeade too!!!
