The secret to achieving any dream is to focus on the outcome you desire and do 5 things every day to work towards it. I encourage my clients to focus on more measurable goals like speed, strength and endurance. Whilst focussing on these, the body of your dreams generally comes for free anyway and the measurable goals make a long term plan much easier to stick to.
