In simple terms, Trev is a health genius. Strong words but very true trust me. Only 4 weeks ago I got the dreaded news we fear at any age but at 31 to here cancer would normally strike fear into you till your last days. Not me, not with Trev in my corner. He's turned my body into a cancer fighting machine,supplied me with the mental material needed to fight this until every bad cell is gone. I've known Trevor for many years now, and visit him regularly having steel plates fitted to either side of my lower spine the top of my back, neck and shoulders compensate for them. He has always done a fantastic job and sorted my aches and pains out. TOP man !!! Knows his stuff !! More...

I have trained with Trevor since having my hips replaced in 2007 he is fantastic, would not allow me to give up & got me walking without any aids.
