About

I am an experienced Integrative Counsellor and Therapist working with adults and Seniors. My therapeutic models are primarily Person-Centered, Narrative, Solution Based counselling and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). I also employ other techniques such as Clinical Hypnotherapy, Past Life Regression, Brainspotting, NLP, Mindfulness and Sophrology.

I love to help my clients to find inner peace, clarity and purpose in life. Moving from where they don't want to be to a fulfilling state of mind. I give them space that is safe, caring and supportive to change. My goal in life is to help every client to find their inner resources to face any challenges life brings to them.

I had a very difficult life and after working with my struggles and overcoming them all I was inspired to help others. In my early journey, I started helping single mothers, teens and the elderly to find their passion in life, empowering them to take responsibility for everything they do and to be aligned with what they want in life. I am passionate about my work and I give all the attention needed to support my clients reach their goals.

My therapeutic approach is not based on Talking Therapy instead, I combine many approaches such as Mindfulness exercise, Body movement, Meditation, Inner child work, NLP, Sophrology, Brainspotting, Hypnosis and Regression in our 90 minutes session. I send homework that includes self-reflection, meditations, body movement exercises and questionnaires on a weekly basis as well as a check-in with clients after the session.

Services

Counselling can provide insight and new perspectives on life's challenges and help create solutions to difficult problems, and emotional illnesses. Whether coping with issues such as life transition, depression, anxiety, sexual orientation, sleep difficulties, or working on your personal development; counselling will facilitate and encourage you to know yourself and explore ways to cope with the problem that life is asking you to see differently.

Fees: Single session £80.00 and Regular session - 10% discount

Hypnotherapy is a form of guided meditation to help clients in their healing work. It is a very powerful tool using positive suggestions to assist your subconscious mind in becoming aligned with your conscious mind to treat conditions or change habits. Fears, phobias, unwanted thought patterns and stress can be debilitating factors that hinder their daily life.

Trance is a completely natural state to be in. In fact, we all enter trance several times a day, such as when we're daydreaming, reading a book or focused on a task so that we're not immediately aware of other distractions like someone calling our name. It's completely safe because you are all in control like meditating. You can open your eyes anytime you want, but you may find yourself drifting off as the therapist talks to you as soon as you start to relax. You hear everything that has been said and your subconscious mind will only accept the suggestion that both have agreed to be included in the hypnoses session. The therapist will not do anything that goes against the client's belief system.
Contrary to popular belief, you are not asleep or unconscious when in a hypnotic trance. By going into a relaxed state where your conscious mind is in the background, your subconscious mind can be reprogrammed to know that it no longer needs to protect you from situations that no longer serve you such as a fear of heights or public speaking. In much the same way we upgrade our computers, we can also do this with our minds as Hypnosis enables a person to be more inclined to do the things they want to overcome.

Clients have been reporting after the session a feeling of peace and joy as they activate their spiritual virtues of self-transcendence as a pathway to meaning in life. The session takes 2 to 3 hours and needs to book ahead of time.
