❤️ Very impressed! Attended my sister's wedding here (5th May 2022) and it was wonderful. Beautiful venue. Fantastic staff and lovely service. Nothing was too much trouble.
The cocktails were delicious. One of our friends at the wedding is from Louisiana and he highly recommended the godfather sour! Now that's something!
The Margarita's were to die for.

What an amazing wedding day!

We would like to thank all the staff who worked hard behind the scenes. Every single minute of the day was perfect! But the most talked about topic was the food, from the canapés to breakfast the next day. It was all absolutely delicious.

Where to start.
Pictures speak a thousand words not only about this absolutely gorgeous, beautiful and amazing venue, but it’s staff too.
One of these pictures is me, 2pm (wedding time) with my mum, maid of honour and Matt from Healds hall all rushing around to make sure I’m ready. We fell in love with Healds hall, for its beauty, but the staff, who went above, beyond and out of this world to make everything perfect, from the calls and meets leading up to the wedding, changing the date due to dreaded Covid without a blink of an eye from the venue, up until the night before where Matt rushed out in gale force winds to get Sudacream for my little boy, the morning of where breakfast everyone was so accommodating making sure we were prepared for the day ahead, to Matt popping in with a bottle of bubbly to get us started, he was never far away, there every second we needed him and made sure it was just perfect, the turn around with the rooms were seamless, the food was amazing both the night before, day of the wedding and the next morning. The rooms are beautifully kept and overall we felt just so at home. We couldn’t put into words just how much it meant to us knowing all the effort and time you all spent making our day magical. We will be back, if not for tea then definitely a long weekend!! Special thanks to Matt, who is just an absolute credit to Healds hall and a true expert in his job and to Mark who was wonderful too. Booked our stay here at last minute so only a snug room available, well they are definitely under selling themselves. The room was lovely and certainly not snug. The meals were amazing, from the small plates at lunch time to the amazing evening meal. The staff were lovely and nothing was a problem. We had a lovely nights sleep and wonderful breakfast the next morning. I thoroughly enjoyed reading the history of the hall and think the family should be very proud of what they have achieved with their hotel. Will definitely stay again. More...

The Customer service is atrocious ! Ordered a £150 gift voucher for a birthday gift for my parents .They couldn’t be bothered to post it ! It was ordered 10 days prior to lunch on day four I called again to say they hadn’t got it .Long story short they had their lunch the voucher Never got there was never posted suprise spoilt ! I was calling from Australia and was known to a staff member and they still couldn’t be bothered .Spend your money elsewhere were people care . More...

We had our beautiful wedding here on 14/08/2021, nothing was too much trouble & our day was everything we’ve dreamed about & more…. I still keep thinking it was a dream ! Matt was so helpful from start to finish & the rest of the staff were just as accommodating. The food was out of this world (I cannot recommend the beef dinner enough), all of our guests said it was the best wedding breakfast they’d had. A fantastic wedding venue! My husband and I were married at Healds Hall just a couple of weeks ago and it was absolutely perfect. The entire team were brilliant and couldn't do enough for us. We had our wedding at Healds Hall on 24.09.21 from the moment me booked Matt was brilliant very on the ball with everything.
The morning of our wedding we were massively let down by a company who decided not to turn up leaving us without centrepieces, chair covers , table covers, cake , photography and so much more with an hour left until our guest arrived Kirsty had made phone calls and covered everything! the room looked amazing, our wedding was amazing and I cannot thank the whole team at Healds Hall enough for all your hard work! We recently had the pleasure of holding our wedding and evening reception at Healds Hall. We were thrilled with our entire experience. We booked our date just before the first lockdown and endured numerous covid related stressors along the way. Matt took all our worries and concerns in his stride and responded swiftly and graciously with the many queries we sent his way, keeping us informed and reassured throughout. The day itself was magical. The venue, food, atmosphere and service all perfect. Again, Matt and the rest of Healds Hall staff kept everything going like clockwork all with a calm and friendly presence. Thank you so much! We were there today to celebrate a family birthday. we were booked into the function room. The food was beautiful and plentiful. and the staff were efficient and couldn't do enough for us. We had our wedding here 2 weeks ago and it was just amazing. Everyone was so helpful from start to finish. We’d like to say a special thank you to Matt and Kirstie they want above and beyond for us. The canapés and our evening hot fork buffet was gorgeous. Everyone is still talking about the best lasagne they have ever tasted! If you are considering booking your wedding here do it, and hopefully you’ll have as wonderful day as we had with many fantastic memories.
