I was inspired to follow my deep rooted passion of helping people thrive.
I have 30 years of business experience leading and developing high performance teams in many different commercial situations, across different functions and operating in different international markets. I found the most rewarding part was working with individuals and teams to inspire them to be their best.
At the same time I've been involved in sport for many years - playing rugby at a high level - and over the past 10 year I've been coaching juniors, trying to be a role model, enjoy their sport, and perform at their best.

Coaching - I am a professional coach specialising in executive, leadership and career coaching. I use iPEC's unique Core Energy Coaching™ process which goes much further than traditional coaching practises to uncover inner blockers and cultivate new perspectives which support sustainable individual success. This approach focuses on building awareness of energy levels, consciousness and overcoming barriers to progress to achieve your goals.

I coach many of my clients online - normally I prefer to use Microsoft TEAMs - I manage the invitations.
For Leadership programmes I run many of these face to face, but can do on-line sessions on relevant topics for clients.

When I provide face to face services I follow the latest guidelines or policies of the organisations I work with.
