I would just like to say a big thank you when Lillie came into your salon her fur was quite long, after a quick consultation we agreed on how much fur to take off her, Lillie had been to another salon previously and I wasn't happy with the end result.

Having left her knowing she was in safe hands I went back for her, looking perfect and like a puppy again

She even came home with a bow on her collar, which she is still wearing

I cannot thank Heads & Tails enough for making her look beautiful again.

Excellent Service and help with our Toy Poodle 'Chloe'.
Carol and her team have always been very polite, friendly and helpful with washing and grooming Chloe. At nearly 10 years of age, Chloe has decided she doesn't need a collar and lead so has created problems for Carol and Staff.
