He made our garden safe again removing the large fallen tree and worked on others to a safe height while keeping my wildlife happy which is of the utmost importance to me. Steven Haynes is always in contact, always on time, very professional & polite. He’s approachable & easy to discuss things with if you change your mind or need something extra doing. Steven did a great job of removing a birch tree that was disturbing our garden wall. Steven - and Owen his colleague - were both courteous and professional. His quote was the most detailed we received and his explanation of the options we had and how he could deal with the tree, reassured us that he had the expertise needed.
