Spacious, well-organized, plenty of parking, most important is that there are toilets. Indoor you can find a swimming pool, claiming wall and a coffee shop.

The sports village is a marvelous place, a gym full only at the end of the day (6 p.m. to 9 p.m.) with everything you need to progress and build muscle. The Olympic swimming pool is freely accessible during certain times, unlike the climbing wall or the squash walls which must be reserved for a time slot (equipment rental is payable on site). Working with Tom at Haynes Performance has been amazing. I picked up a lot of injuries over the years from playing rugby and other various sports which caused me to have significant weakness and pain. I go for a gym everyday n I really enjoy there. I have seen people doing swimming playing Badminton, Squash, Football etc also they have training classes for Zumba, Pilates, Yoga etc. It's like you can do multiple things under one roof and the cost is affordable.. Do not treat this gym as a legitimate gym. Staff, including the manager, have little to no knowledge of training types/intensities/techniques and instead of educating the public of these, I have witnessed them simply removing members from the premises. I would argue, the gym staff are not student friendly and often speak to younger members in a demoralising and mannerless way. Not to mention there are no official documents listening regulations, and they can change them as and when they want. Expecting you to know the changes and abide by them. More...
